• Basic, non-identifying usage data (such as pages visited) through standard web analytics, used only to improve the site.

How we use it

We use what you send to reply to you, schedule a call, prepare a Revenue Audit, and provide the services you ask about. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it except with the tools we use to operate the business (for example, email and scheduling), under their own terms.

Protected health information

AesthetiFlow is built for aesthetic practices and we use HIPAA-aware workflows. Please do not send protected health information (PHI) or patient details through this website, the contact form, or the demo chat. The demo chat is a sample experience and is not a place to share medical information.

Data retention

We keep inquiry details only as long as needed to follow up and run our business, then remove them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices
